Harm Reduction Program

SCSC Rural Harm Reduction program is in partnership with and sponsored by Turning Point. This provides our community with a variety of resources and supplies to help mitigate potential impacts of high-risk behavior and to improve health outcomes while building connections and supporting people where they are at without judgement.

Stettler Community Addiction & Mental Health 403-743-2000

  • Offers services for children, adults and older adults with addiction and mental health issues.

  • Walk in Wednesdays - Addiction and Mental Health services walk-in clinic every Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the ACAA building at 4804 50 Street. The walk-in clinic is a single session service for adults seeking support for a variety of concerns. The service provides addiction and mental health counselling, as well as referrals to other community resources.

If you don't have medication coverage and have valid Alberta healthcare you qualify for 120 days of free medication.

There is no application.  Get an assessment and prescription and the pharmacy will direct bill blue cross.
